Diana Grace Biography

 

1948 – 2007

Diana M. Grace, wife of Edward J. Grace and founder of GolfTournament.com and GolfLady.com passed away on April 7, 2007. Diana was born on October 31, 1948 in Worcester, MA. Diana moved to Grafton, MA while in second grade and graduated from Grafton High School in 1966. She earned a Bachelor Arts Degree in Business Administration from Lesley College in 1986.

Diana worked for Data General as a Marketing Specialist for 13 years starting in 1976. She was continuing her schooling on a part time basis while working. After receiving her college degree in 1986, Diana was introduced to the game of golf. Golf became her passion and she founded her own company GolfTournament.com LLC in 1993 after relocating to Frisco TX in 1990. Diana was President and ran the Company until her illness was diagnosed in December 2004 (lung cancer) which forced her to sell the Company in 2005.

Diana was an avid golfer and participated in many amateur golf tournaments across the US. Diana was an active member of the Stonebriar Women’s Golf Association (SWGA) and the Dallas Women’s Golf Association (DWGA), the oldest woman’s golf association in the US.
